Great service Sep 20, 2010

With my wedding just days away and in sudden need of gifts for the bridal party, I contacted Touch of Europe in need of rush service. They responded immediately and promised to see if they could ship my items in time. Then, an hour or so later, they replied that I was in luck and that they could ship the items.
That kind of service is hard to find. First, they didn't promise anything they could not deliver, and second, they clearly did everything they could to meet my needs. I could tell that there was a human on the other end of the line and that she cared. A small business is about touch, and the aptly-named Touch of Europe has it -- a wonderful surprise behind the curtain of Amazon.
